We are a traditional company that specializes in the manufacturing of swords. The real blades we produce are renowned for their exceptional toughness and strength. With this belief, in 2021, we established the Zisu manufacturing department of bamboo swords, as we aim to introduce the sword culture to more people in a safer manner. Our expertise in real sword-making ensures that these bamboo swords are authentic yet non-harmful.
Zisu offers a variety of sword series, including the Light Up Demon Slayer Sword, Zoro Sword Series with both bamboo and iron blades, and the Cosplay with Zisu collection. Customers can choose their favorite characters and embark on exciting roleplaying experiences.
Craftsmanship is of utmost importance in our products. Despite being for cosplay purposes, these katanas are manufactured according to the standards of a real katana, with the exception of the unsharpened blade. The rope on the handle is hand-wound, and the scabbard is made of hardwood, just like a genuine katana. It is a perfect steel replica of the iconic Zoro sword.
The materials used in our swords are of the highest quality. The blade is crafted from carbon steel, which features the original anime-inspired knife texture. The scabbard and handle are made of hardwood, while the tsuba (guard) is constructed from a zinc alloy.
Regarding the dimensions, the total length of the sword is approximately 41.33 inches (105 cm), and the total weight is around 2.21 pounds (1 kg). The katana is designed with a nice balance, ensuring safe usage.
It is important to note that every sword in our shop is manufactured by the Zisu factory. After use, customers are advised to keep the blade clean and apply anti-rust oil to prevent the blade from rusting.
